Vanilla Overnight Oats


¼ cup oats

1 teaspoon chia seeds

¼ of an apple, grated, skin on

3 tablespoons Anchor™ lmmunoHalo™

1/3 cup water

1 heaped tablespoon yogurt – plain or flavoured

½ a banana sliced, or other seasonal fruit to serve

Note: We recommend using Anchor™ Protein+ Yoghurt, plain or flavoured

Serves: 1

Combine oats, chia seeds and grated apple in a serving glass or bowl. In a separate small bowl combine Anchor™ lmmunoHalo™, water and yoghurt, whisking until fully combined.
Pour Anchor™ lmmunoHalo™ mixture over the oats, stir and leave in fridge overnight.
To serve, stir lightly then top with sliced banana and other seasonal fruit. Add an extra dollop of yogurt if desired.
